Listed packaging firm Nampak Zimbabwe Limited has announced changes to its board, with Peter Crause coming in to replace Robert Morris.
The latter resigned from the board.
Nampak announced that Robert George Morris “having retired from Nampak Limited, resigned as a non-executive director of Nampak Zimbabwe Limited with effect from 30 April 2020. He had served two terms as a director and his resignation has been accepted by the board with regret.”
In his stead, the company has requested that Peter Crause be appointed to the board as a non-executive director in place of Mr Morris.
Mr Crause is a Chartered Accountant and currently Nampak Limited’s Finance Director for the Paper and Eastern Africa cluster, which includes Zimbabwe.
According to Nampak, Mr Crause will also join the Company’s Audit Committee.
The board approved his appointment with effect from 5 May 2020.
