“The chapters after the EP release and promotion is the first phase of Grace’s journey in taking over the East African and global market,” said Sandra.
“This has been the most fun I have had creating music and I’m willing to take a lot of risks with my sound and creativity. Its a new landscape for me,” she said.
Matata highlighted that her creating process has changed and for the Re-Birth EP she worked with a new producer and she said he managed to bring out her message for this year.
“For this EP, one thing I wanted to achieve was seeing how people would react to the new sound. I’m excited to see how far it’s going to go and so far it has taken off pretty well.”
In this EP we see her taking a different approach with the sound and her mixing a bit of everything including fusion and pop.
“The Re-Birth EP is a body of work that i’m proud of and I know a lot of people are going to love it.
“In all the time I’ve known her, for her to get to this point I’m very excited for her new journey. I am looking forward to her rebirth, transformation, and growth,” said personal manager Sandra Brown.
This project is the beginning of something bigger and exceptional as Grace Matata has been known to be a level head respected artist with a specific niche and genre.
“For her to branch out and say I want to try something new, it couldn’t have come at a better time. The music is great and I just want to see her shine and do her thing,” added Sandra.
