Businessman Kenneth Raydon Sharpe’s US$205 million Pomona land heist saga continues to deepen, the T & C construction company directors last week appeared at the Harare magistrate courts facing charges of erecting an illegal billboard along Borrowdale Road cautioning members of the public not to buy stands at Pomona City being advertised by justice fugitive Ken Sharpe’s company.

The land in question is emanating from the unfinished Harare Airport Road project entered between ken Sharpe’s owned shelf company, Augur Investments and City of Harare.

The directors of T & C construction company appeared in court facing criminal nuisance charges after they allegedly erected an illegal billboard.

The Billboard was erected in December 2020 along Borrowdale Road in Harare.

Grant Russell and Mark Sthrathen who appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Shane Kubonera stand accused of erecting a billboard written, “Cautionary statement to the members of the public. Pomona city. Land subject to litigation.

Title deeds for land has been placed as security, under case number, HC4599/19, HC5989/19, HC10315. Purchase of stands is at risk of Purchaser.”

The billboard allegedly erected by Grant Russell and Mark Sthrathen along Borrowdale Road in December 2020; it has emerged that the duo is part of T & C construction which was subcontracted by controversial businessman Kenneth Raydon Sharpe for the construction of Airport Road.

Controversial Justice Fugitive and Pokugara Properties kingpin, Kenneth Raydon Sharpe who left the country 3 years ago and believed to be in Mauritius.

The duo is represented by Harare prominent lawyer Mr Tendai Biti.
The matter postponed to the 20th of July 2021 to pave way for State prosecutors to save the charge sheet to the accused persons lawyer (Tendai Biti).
