T&C Construction, the company that was sub-contracted by Kenneth Raydon Sharpe to do the Airport road project, recently opened a can of worms as they erected a billboard warning home seekers not to purchase stands at Pomona City as they risked loosing their life savings.

It it alleged that T&C Construction has not received their payments for the Airport road project, hence they felt it was necessary to warn desperate home seekers to avoid dealing with Ken Sharpe’s company Pomona City.

After erecting the billboard along Borrowdale Road the T&C directors were arrested for criminal nuisance. Grant Russell (50) and Mark Sthrathen (43) who appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Shane Kubonera stand accused of erecting a billboard written, “Cautionary statement to the members of the public. Pomona city. Land subject to litigation. Title deeds for land has been placed as security, case number, HC4599/19, HC5989/19, HC10315. Purchase of stands is at risk of Purchaser.”

T&C Construction was allegedly promised land for their services by Sharpe but he has not honoured his promise, the same way he duped another Harare businessman George Katsimberis after they partnered to develop Pokugara Estate.
